Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Finance within our Enterprise Core Technology group. The role blends functional and technical work to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable finance solutions.

You will gather requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, and drive agile project execution across Q2C and P2P processes, collaborating with business users and external vendors. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IS, business or related discipline.
• 8+ years in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud in finance (Q2C/P2P).
• 4+ years finance domain experience: revenue recognition, billing, invoicing, intercompany transactions.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and data structures.
• Proven track record driving process simplification and Oracle standard adoption.
• Excellent communication bridging technical teams and executives.
