Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support the global Finance Organization with Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into scalable, future-ready financial solutions while aligning with industry best practices.

You will lead cross-functional teams, perform requirements and fit/gap analyses, and drive standardization through agile transformations across Q2C and P2P processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IS, business admin, or related field.
• 8+ years in business systems analysis/IT consulting.
• 4+ years leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years with Oracle R12 EBS or Fusion Cloud, Q2C and P2P modules.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid of functional (80%) and technical (20%) responsibilities across transformation programs and daily operations.
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specs and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses and standardize processes to minimize customizations.
• Lead internal users and external vendors to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Investigate system issues and communicate root causes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Execute Agile projects balancing priorities across multiple initiatives.
