Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Finance within the Enterprise Core Technology group in the United States. You will help transform core financial processes by translating complex business needs into scalable, configurable technology solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Finance leaders and IT counterparts, and drive process standardization in a fast-paced Agile environment, focusing on Q2C and P2P

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of experience leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to evaluate customization vs. standard capabilities; advocate standardization.
• Partner with internal users and lead external vendors/partners to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Investigate and debug complex system behaviors and communicate root causes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate in a fast-paced Agile environment balancing priorities across projects and enhancements.
