Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud within the Enterprise Core Technology group. You will collaborate with Finance leaders and IT counterparts to implement scalable, standard finance processes and digital solutions.

The role blends functional and technical work, ensuring requirements translate into robust, future-ready systems while driving transformation initiatives and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• Experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud in financial processes (Q2C and P2P).
• 4+ years leading or directly managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specs.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows and advocate standardization.
• Lead with internal users and external vendors to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues and communicate root causes.
• Operate in an Agile environment balancing multiple projects and enhancements.
