Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud in the Finance domain. The role combines functional and technical work to translate business needs into scalable financial technology solutions.

You will partner with Finance leaders and IT to drive transformation, standardize processes, and deliver agile, value-driven outcomes. This position requires 8+ years in business systems analysis and 4+ years leading teams, with deep Oracle expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IS, or business-related field.
• 8+ years in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years leading a team.
• 4+ years with Oracle R12 EBS or Fusion Cloud in Q2C and P2P.
• 4+ years finance domain in revenue recognition, billing, invoicing, and intercompany.

Responsibilities

• Requirement engineering: gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specs and design docs.
• Process optimization and fit/gap analyses to standardize finance workflows and minimize customizations.
• Cross-functional leadership: partner with users and lead vendors to deliver user-centric solutions.
• System diagnostics and support: investigate complex behaviors and articulate root causes to stakeholders.
• Agile project execution: work in a fast-paced Agile environment across multiple projects and enhancements.
