You will translate business needs into robust technology solutions, drive standardization, and collaborate with Finance leaders and IT to implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a hybrid of functional (80%) and technical (20%) responsibilities across transformation programs and daily operations.
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to evaluate customization needs vs. standard capabilities.
• Partner with internal business users and lead external implementation vendors/partners.
• Investigate and debug complex system behaviors and deliver effective resolutions.
• Adapt to a fast-paced Agile environment across multiple projects.
