Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to support the global Finance Organization across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, partnering with Finance leaders and IT counterparts to drive standardized processes and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of experience leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.

Responsibilities

• Perform a hybrid of functional (80%) and technical (20%) responsibilities across transformation programs and daily operations.
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to evaluate customization needs vs. standard capabilities; advocate for standardization.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with implementation vendors to deliver user-centric finance solutions.
• Investigate and diagnose system behaviors and communicate root causes to stakeholders.
