Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Business System Analyst for Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance to support the global Finance Organization. The role blends functional (80%) and technical (20%) work across transformation programs and daily operations.

You will translate complex business needs into robust, configurable solutions while partnering with internal users and external vendors in a fast-paced Agile environment. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
4+ years hands-on experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Fusion Cloud apps in finance (Q2C, P2P).
4+ years finance domain experience: revenue recognition, billing, invoicing, intercompany.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to determine customization needs.
Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver user-centric finance solutions.
