Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Finance. You will translate complex finance needs into robust technical solutions, collaborate with Finance leaders and IT, and guide external vendors through transformation initiatives.

The role blends functional and technical work (80/20) across Q2C and P2P processes, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management. Remote-enabled with global impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, especially in Q2C and P2P modules.
• Strong knowledge of finance business processes and data structures.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into robust functional specifications and design documentation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to evaluate customization needs.
