Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst – Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance to join the Enterprise Core Technology group. You will translate complex business needs into robust, future-ready solutions and support daily operations with a mix of functional and technical work.

The role emphasizes 80% functional and 20% technical tasks, remote work, and collaboration with external partners. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in business systems analysis, 4+ years with Oracle R12 EBS or Fusion

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, esp. in Q2C and P2P.
• 4+ years of strong functional experience in supply chain–heavy financial accounting (revenue recognition, billing, invoicing, Intercompany).
• Strong understanding of core finance processes and data structures.
• Proven track record driving process simplification and Oracle standard adoption.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills bridging tech and executives.
