Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst - Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance to join the Enterprise Core Technology group, supporting the global Finance Organization.

In this role, you will perform a hybrid of functional and technical duties, lead external implementation partners, and translate complex requirements into robust finance solutions that align with best practices. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business systems analysis and IT consulting experience.
• Hands-on Oracle R12 EBS or Fusion Cloud, with Q2C/P2P focus.
• Strong experience in revenue recognition, invoicing, and intercompany flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specs.
• Lead Agile initiatives and coordinate with vendors to deliver solutions.
• Bridge technical teams and executives, ensuring finance process alignment.
