Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst to support the Oracle EBS and Cloud Finance functions within the Enterprise Core Technology group. The role blends functional and technical work to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable solutions.

You will work across transformation programs and daily operations, collaborating with business users and external vendors to deliver finance-focused improvements in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years hands-on experience supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.
• 4+ years of strong functional experience in supply chain–heavy financial accounting (revenue recognition, customer billing, supplier invoicing, Intercompany transactions).
• Strong understanding of key finance processes and financial data structures.
• Proven track record in driving business process simplification and Oracle standard adoption.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and executive partners.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and design documentation.
• Process optimization & fit/gap analysis to evaluate customization needs vs. standard solutions.
• Lead external implementation vendors/partners to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with best practices.
• Agile project execution in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and enhancements.
