Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years equivalent experience.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle including interviewing, hiring and performance management.
• Work flexible hours including overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change and Lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
• Leverages teams to generate improvement plans and share best practices across departments.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers for resources.
