Responsibilities

• Drive Lean initiatives to meet and exceed the business plan.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations.
• Set clear requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources and support.
