Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems development methodologies and project management
• Knowledge of applications development and support process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Broad knowledge of technologies and technology issues, with experience in technology change management

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Operations management and users to ensure systems function as designed
• Develop knowledge of business processes to prioritize improvements
• Establish and maintain cross-functional testing groups for defects, enhancements and releases
• Coordinate with IT on release dates and test environments
• Write test scripts and manage testing assignments and retesting
• Develop end-user communications prior to changes in Production
• Collect field feedback post-release and escalate issues to IT
