Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with Operations management and users of the solutions.
• Gains in-depth knowledge of business processes to drive improvements.
• Coordinates with IT for releases and testing dates.
• Writes and manages test scripts with the BSG; coordinates retesting.
• Escalates failures and ensures documentation of results.
• Partners with IT to coordinate releases with System Operations Centers.
• Gathers field feedback after releases to troubleshoot issues.
