Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks an IT professional to maintain and enhance the Business Technology suite within Operations. You will balance user needs with IT requirements, participate in requirements gathering, project management, change management, testing, and KPI/report development.

The role requires 3–5 years in electric/gas utility IT, strong communication, and the ability to travel between MA/CT/NH. Salary ranges are provided; hybrid work arrangements and in-office requirements apply based on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3–5 years of electric and/or gas utility or related IT experience.
Experience with applications development and support process.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH.

Responsibilities

Maintains relationships with Operations management and users to ensure systems function as designed.
Gathers business requirements and coordinates releases with IT teams.
Writes test scripts and coordinates regression testing with the BSG.
Coordinates with System Operations Centers for releases and testing windows.
Collects field feedback after releases and troubleshoots issues with IT.
Advise on test results and ensure evidence is documented on team site.
