Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Business Technology professional within the Operations organization to maintain and enhance the suite of digital solutions. You will balance user needs with IT requirements and support ongoing improvements.

Role involves requirements gathering, project management, change management, testing, KPI/report development, and user liaison. Maximo experience and supply chain exposure are preferred; travel between MA/CT/NH may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years electric and/or gas utility experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Knowledge of IT applications development and support processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances the Business Technology suite within Operations.
• Gathers requirements, manages projects, and coordinates changes and testing.
• Writes test scripts and coordinates with IT and Operations teams.
• Collects user feedback and prioritizes improvements.
• Liaises with end users and IT to schedule releases and tests.
