Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an IT professional to maintain and enhance the Business Technology suite within the Operations organization, balancing user needs with IT requirements. The role involves requirements gathering, project management, change management, testing, and KPI reporting.

You will collaborate with IT and Operations, coordinate releases, write and run test scripts, document results, and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applications development and support processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 3–5 years of electric and/or gas utility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Operations users to ensure systems function as designed.
• Coordinate release dates with IT and testing environments.
• Develop and execute test scripts with BSG; document results.
• Escalate test failures and coordinate retesting.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
