Job summary

Eversource Energy in Massachusetts is seeking a Business Technology lead within the Operations team to maintain and enhance the digital solution suite, balancing user needs with IT requirements in a dynamic utility setting.

You will participate in requirements gathering, project solicitation and management, change management, testing, and KPI/report development, aiming to become a subject‑matter expert in one or more technology solutions such as Maximo and related business processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of electric and/or gas utility experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Master's degree desirable; PM education/experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with Operations management and solution users to ensure systems function as designed
• Gathers requirements, manages projects, and coordinates testing and releases
• Develops KPI/report content and ensures proper communication to stakeholders
• Establishes cross-functional testing groups and trains Business Support Group members
• Coordinates with IT to schedule releases and provide test environments
