Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3–5 years of electric and/or gas utility experience.
• Solid conceptual knowledge of information technology.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with Operations management and users to ensure systems are functioning.
• Coordinates release dates with IT and testing environments.
• Writes and assigns test scripts with the Business Support Group.
• Escalates failures and verifies test results with IT.
• Partners with IT to coordinate releases with System Operations Centers.
• Gathers field feedback after releases to troubleshoot issues.
