Job summary

Eversource seeks an IT professional to maintain and enhance the Business Technology suite for the Operations organization. You will balance user needs with IT requirements, participate in requirements gathering, project solicitation, change management, testing, and KPI/report development.

Responsibilities include coordinating releases with IT and Operations Centers, liaising with end users, and ensuring test scripts are executed and documented.

Qualifications

• Experience with requirements gathering and project management.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Experience with testing and KPI/report development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances the Business Technology solutions within Operations.
• Collaborates with IT to coordinate releases and testing windows.
• Writes test scripts and regression tests with BSG and validates results.
