Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Business Technology professional to maintain and enhance digital solutions within the Operations organization. The role focuses on aligning user needs with IT requirements, participating in requirements gathering, project management, and change management.

You will become a subject-matter expert for one or more tech solutions, work with cross-functional teams on testing, releases, and end-user communications, and support KPI/report development.

Qualifications

• Understanding of systems development methodologies and project management
• Experience with applications development and support processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required
• Broad knowledge of technologies and technology issues, with experience in technology change management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Business Technology solutions within Operations
• Gather requirements, manage projects, and drive change management
• Develop KPIs and reports and ensure testing readiness
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on releases and validation
• Create end-user communications and train staff prior to production
