Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff meetings to review daily/weekly activities and plan workload.
• Communicate issues to management and client representatives affecting service, safety, or cost.
• Oversee multi-shift operations and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors and lead team members; support workforce planning and staffing strategies.
• Drive productivity, service, safety, and KPI performance; participate in continuous improvement projects.
