Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, oversee multiple shifts, and guide teams toward cost-effective, safe and efficient performance. This role partners with the Operations Manager and supports workforce planning and policy adherence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supervisory experience, and MHE certification, with a focus on achieving KPI targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.
• Satisfactory completion of forklift training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across shifts and teams to meet goals.
• Schedule labor, space, equipment, and manpower for operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure KPI targets and adherence to quality systems.
• Mentor Supervisors and develop staff.
