Job summary

DSV USA in Pittston, PA seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, service and cost objectives. You will manage labor scheduling, space, equipment, and manpower while mentoring Supervisors and coordinating with Operations Management.

You will drive continuous improvement, supervise teams, review metrics, and ensure SOPs and quality standards are applied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of forklift training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and multiple shifts.
• Schedule labor, space, equipment and manpower.
• Mentor Supervisors and lead team members.
• Coordinate with Operations Management for planning and workload forecasting.
• Ensure SOPs, safety and quality across teams.
• Drive productivity, service and cost KPIs.
• Support audits and corrective action plans.
