Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Preferred: MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan daily work, labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
• Hire, train, evaluate staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety, quality and SOP compliance; help meet KPI targets.

Education

High school diploma or GED

3 years' experience in logistics/distribution environment

1 year supervisory experience

MHE certification (preferred)
