Effectively inform senior management and client representatives of critical issues affecting operations.
Develop systems and procedures for safe, cost-effective operations and adherence to SOPs.
Plan daily work schedule, assign duties, and ensure KPI targets are met.
Provide guidance and input for hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
