Dow Inc. is seeking an Operations Performance Engineer to support PGA Alkoxylation Glycol Reactors in Freeport, Texas.

You will drive safe, reliable, and profitable manufacturing operations by partnering with Operations, Maintenance and Technology teams to solve complex challenges and translate opportunities into sustainable improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work safely in a plant environment and use PPE; training on equipment usage available.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve asset performance by optimizing reliability, throughput, product quality, material efficiency, and costs.
• Drive production targets and business objectives through operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate operational decisions for site-wide impacts and optimize overall system performance.
• Provide troubleshooting, coaching, and support during routine operations, upsets, and emergencies.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve performance.
