You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Technology to solve complex challenges and translate improvement opportunities into sustainable results. The role emphasizes asset optimization, reliability, and continuous improvement, requiring hands-on problem solving, strong technical fundamentals, and collaboration across teams to meet production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve asset performance by optimizing reliability, throughput, quality, material efficiency and costs.
• Drive achievement of production targets and business objectives via operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate decisions for site and business impact and recommend actions to optimize system performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and coaching during routine operations and upsets; support during emergencies.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Leverage process knowledge and data to resolve complex plant issues and improve effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
• Lead capital and expense projects with value-case development and implementation.
• Close performance and reliability gaps; collaborate with Maintenance to enhance asset availability.
• Ensure compliance with permits, environmental requirements, and process safety while maintaining safe operations.
