Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical or Mechanical)
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing/engineering experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to work safely in a plant environment with PPE and safety rules
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship for this US-based role

Responsibilities

• Own and improve asset performance by optimizing reliability, throughput, product quality, and costs.
• Drive production targets and business objectives through operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate decisions for site impact and optimize overall system performance.
• Provide troubleshooting, coaching, and support during routine operations and upsets.
