Dow is seeking an Operations Performance Engineer to optimize asset reliability, throughput, and product quality at the Freeport, Texas site. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance and Technology to drive safe, reliable manufacturing and value creation.

Ideal candidates combine strong technical fundamentals with hands-on problem solving and a collaborative mindset to translate improvements from identification to implementation across complex processes.

• Drive production target achievement and business objectives via operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate decisions for site-wide impacts and optimize system performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and support during routine operations, upsets, and emergencies.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Leverage data and SME networks to resolve complex plant issues.
• Monitor metrics to identify and implement value-creating opportunities.
• Lead capital and expense improvement projects with technical leadership.
• Close performance and reliability gaps by collaborating with maintenance and reliability teams.
• Ensure permits, environmental compliance and process safety with strong field presence.
