Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support onboarding, access/system issues, and reporting for Clinical and Government Services. You will handle staffing fluctuations for thousands of employee profiles, coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT, and drive process improvements to reduce costs.

You will research problems, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate with leadership to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Customer Service, clinical ops, onboarding, or PBM experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
Data collection and data entry proficiency.
Ability to lead projects and create/update work instructions.
Ability to collaborate with operations and Shared Service teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding/offboarding and related database maintenance.
Coordinate staffing changes with leadership and planning teams.
Lead or support individual and team projects solving complex business challenges.
Assist and lead in access issue resolution and ticket management.
Present in ad hoc, daily, weekly, quarterly meetings on onboarding and hiring matters.
Maintain Employee Profile Information and coordinate training logistics.
