Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support onboarding, hiring, and access issues across Clinical and Government Services. You will manage staffing profiles, equipment orders, and chargebacks while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure efficient processes.

You will analyze problems, report progress, and drive improvements. The role emphasizes coordinating with internal teams, delivering timely solutions, and maintaining strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service, clinical operations, onboarding, or PBM experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Excel formulas (VLOOKUP).
• Proficient in data collection and data entry.
• Able to lead projects and create/update work instructions.
• Experience with Quickbase is a plus.
• Strong motivation, flexibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, equipment ordering, chargeback, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to understand staffing changes and impact on reports and tools.
• Lead individual or team projects and diagnose/resolve complex business challenges.
• Assist and lead access issue resolution with IAM and IT; document resolutions.
• Participate in ad hoc meetings on onboarding and hiring items.
• Back up for maintaining Employee Profile information via databases and Verint; coordinate training.
