Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support onboarding, access management, and staffing reporting across Clinical and Government Services. You will work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure smooth new-hire experiences and accurate staffing data.

You will troubleshoot issues, engage vendors as needed, and help define process improvements while guiding a team through complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills and data-entry precision are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, or PBM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excel proficiency including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Data collection and data entry experience.
• Ability to lead projects and create/update work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, equipment ordering, and chargeback reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to manage staffing reports.
• Lead projects and diagnose complex business challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Manage access issue resolution, ticketing, and IAM/IT coordination.
• Present at meetings with business partners on onboarding and hiring topics.
• Maintain employee profiles and coordinate training logistics for start dates.
