Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, access issues, and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. You will onboard 3,000+ staff and seasonal teams, coordinate equipment, troubleshoot access, and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to meet business objectives.

The role emphasizes problem solving, root-cause analysis, and effective communication with leadership while driving cost-saving initiatives and training related to these tools.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, onboarding, and/or PBM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel formulas and lookups.
• Strong data collection and data entry skills.
• Ability to lead projects and create/update work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, equipment orders, chargeback, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing changes and risks.
• Lead projects and diagnose complex business challenges with teams.
• Manage access issue resolution with IAM and IT, document solutions.
• Support ad hoc meetings and provide onboarding item updates.
• Maintain employee profiles and coordinate training class setup.
