Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support onboarding, access issues, and reporting for Clinical and Government Services. You will manage staffing profiles, equipment orders, and coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure smooth new-hire experiences.

You will resolve complex problems, perform root-cause analyses, and drive process improvements while identifying cost-saving opportunities in chargebacks and onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, clinical operations or onboarding.
• Experience with PBM or health plan operations is preferred.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel; includes formulas and lookups.
• Able to collect data accurately and support project work initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and equipment orders.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT to resolve issues.
• Lead teams on projects and create/update work instructions.
• Manage access troubleshooting and ticket coordination with IAM/IT.
• Prepare and present reports and staffing analytics to leadership.
