You will monitor staffing fluctuations, engage vendors or partners, and provide leadership with strategic plans to meet business objectives. This role emphasizes teamwork and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in customer service, clinical operations, onboarding, or PBM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with data collection/entry; ability to lead projects and instruction updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding oversight including database maintenance and equipment tracking.
• Coordinate with leadership and partners to forecast staffing changes and risks.
• Lead projects and diagnose complex business challenges with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist and lead access resolution, ticket management, and IAM/IT coordination.
• Participate in meetings and support onboarding/hiring initiatives.
• Maintain employee profile information and training/class coordination.
