Job summary

Carvana is seeking a senior leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for full shifts and driving targets in cost, quality, and throughput.

The role requires 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing, with a track record of developing teams and solving urgent operational challenges. Relocation is required, and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates.
• Must relocate to a listed region (nationwide preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost and quality when the GM is offsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analyses, and implement action plans with site leadership.
• Lead weekly site performance reviews and report on targets, challenges and countermeasures.
• Guide daily site manager huddles to set priorities and tone for the day.
• Support and execute Continuous Improvement projects within the site or region.
• Foster growth through development plans and regular feedback for lead and manager roles.
• Uphold Carvana operating standards and safety guidelines.
