Job summary

Carvana is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center. You will plan production for full shifts, manage facilities to hit targets in production, cost, and quality when leadership is unavailable, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You will lead a large team, conduct weekly performance reviews, and steer daily huddles to set priorities. Strong communication and relocation flexibility are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates.
• Open to relocation nationwide (or regional).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift.
• Fully manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when GM is not onsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analyses, and implement action plans with site leadership.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership.
• Guide daily site manager huddles to set tone and priorities.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects at home site and region/network.
• Mentor development plans and provide competency feedback to Reconditioning team.
• Uphold Carvana standards, safety guidelines, and processes.
