Job summary

Carvana is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center. You will plan production for full shifts, manage facilities to hit targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite, and quickly identify bottlenecks to improve throughput.

You will conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership, guide daily manager huddles, and drive continuous improvement across the region, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Lead a team of 50+ associates; develop employees.
• Strong root cause analysis to solve urgent ops issues.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when GM is offsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analyses, and implement action plans with site leadership.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership.
• Lead daily site manager huddles to set tone and priorities.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects and train process changes.
