Job summary

Carvana is seeking a seasoned Reconditioning Leader to oversee multiple lines in the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full shift and ensuring metrics are consistently met. You will drive improvements, manage a large team, and coordinate with site leadership to optimize safety, quality, and throughput across the network.

This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and the development of teammates to uphold Carvana standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a large team (>50 associates) and developing staff.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines, planning production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to hit production, cost, and quality targets when leadership is offsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews with senior leadership and report results.
• Lead daily huddles to set priorities and tone for the day.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site and region.
