Job summary

Carvana is seeking an experienced leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center in the United States. You will plan production for full shifts, manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.

Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and executing action plans with the site leadership team.

Qualifications

• Relocation may be required to national regions or regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years.
