Carvana is seeking a Reconditioning Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center, directing at least five leads and up to seventy front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Experience leading and developing associates.
Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.

Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning through coaching and training.
