Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve urgent operational issues.
• Must be willing to relocate regionally/nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when not onsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analyses, and implement countermeasures.
