Job summary

Carvana is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center. You will plan shifts, manage facilities, and drive targets in production, cost, and quality when leadership is not onsite.

Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis, and leading weekly performance reviews with senior leadership. You will mentor site leaders and support regional CI initiatives while upholding safety

Responsibilities

Plan production for a full shift across multiple reconditioning lines.
Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality.
Identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis; develop and execute action plans.
Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership.
Guide daily site manager huddles to establish the day’s tone and priorities.
Assist in Continuous Improvement projects at site and region.
Develop and mentor Reconditioning leads and managers.
Model Carvana values through leadership, teamwork and communication on the shop floor.
Uphold Carvana operating standards and safety guidelines.
Relocation after training may be required.
