Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Two years’ experience managing a branch department or similar role.
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and work with data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Schedule repairs and manage material requisitions and manpower.
• Lead safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Participate in weekly repair backlog meetings with regional coordinators.
• Supervise mechanics and apprentices and perform site audits.
• Use system reports to monitor repair status and finances.
• Maintain market knowledge including backlog and market penetration.
• Stay updated on TK Elevator products and standards.
• Assist accounts receivable with collections information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
