Responsibilities

• Supervises superintendents and employees with direction and training.
• Administers safety program and conducts weekly safety audits.
• Plans and prioritizes elevator installations and manpower needs.
• Reviews bids, change orders, and purchase orders; signs off on approvals.
• Maintains knowledge of codes and SOPs; coordinates with factory and regional teams.
• Mediates customer issues and arranges subcontracting as needed.
• Wears multiple hats, including budget, schedule, and risk management.
