Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related field; 5+ years leadership/operations experience.
• Travel required to onsite, office, and client locations; up to 40% for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across delivery operations to ensure efficient, compliant, accurate, and scalable service.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across recruitment, billing, and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional projects and partner with multiple business groups to improve processes and outcomes.
• Design and implement programs to improve associate retention, training, and performance.
