Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, driving performance, technology adoption, and scalable processes for order fulfillment and growth. The role involves close collaboration with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service.

The position requires travel to client sites, offices, and onsite facilities to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field. Travel up to 40% may be required.
• At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes, metrics, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using business activity, customer hiring patterns, industry trends, forecasts, and capacity data.
• Monitor operational and recruitment KPIs and SLAs; analyze trends; present actionable performance insights to Delivery leadership.
• Lead process improvement, automation, reporting, and technology initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
• Partner across business units to resolve invoicing, payment, account, and service concerns.
• Travel to offices, client locations and onsite facilities to support implementations and training.
